Terms of Service
Rabt (نظام ربط) · rabt.systems · Effective date: 2026-10-25
These terms govern the use of the Rabt (نظام ربط) service and website at rabt.systems ("the service"), provided and operated by masarat alibtikar almutaqaddim Company ("we"). The contracting party of the organization is that company. The Arabic text is the primary text; the English text mirrors it. By creating an organization or signing in, you accept these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
1. The service
Rabt is a business-to-business customer-service platform: shared inbox and tickets across channels, spaces and routing, CRM, an AI agent for automatic replies and calls, campaigns, internal chat, notifications, a public API, MCP tools and webhooks. The service is for organizations and their staff, not for consumers.
2. Accounts, organizations and sign-in
- An account belongs to an individual and signs in with a one-time code sent to its email or phone; there are no passwords. You must keep access to your email and phone secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Any account can create an organization and becomes its single owner. The owner can transfer ownership, invite members, assign roles and delete the organization.
- You must give accurate information and keep it current.
3. Free trial, seats and billing
- A new organization has a one-month free trial for up to 10 members. Paid services still require a wallet top-up during the trial.
- After the trial, each active member is a paid seat, billed monthly on calendar months at the price published on the pricing page. All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include VAT. Seats added mid-month are charged prorated.
- Each month we issue one invoice grouping seats and usage by resource. Finalized invoices change only by credit or debit note.
4. Prepaid balance and no refunds
- Paid usage (such as WhatsApp templates, X, SMS, voice minutes and numbers, and AI) is paid from a prepaid wallet. Every paid action checks the balance and debits it first; if the balance is insufficient, the action is refused or paused until the wallet is topped up.
- Top-ups are made by card through the external payment provider Tap Payments, at least SAR 50 each. Card details are entered on the provider's form and are not received by us. Payments are also subject to the provider's terms.
- A top-up is a final purchase. There are no refunds and no return of balance to a card. A correction of a balance error is made only by a manual wallet entry by the Rabt team.
- A top-up is documented by a receipt voucher; the monthly invoice is the tax invoice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to: break the law; send unsolicited, deceptive or abusive messages; infringe others' rights; distribute malware; attempt to access other organizations' data or to disrupt or probe the service; resell the service in a way that evades these terms; or break the rules of the channel providers (Meta, X, TikTok, Google, Apple and others) and of the licensed telecom operators. We may apply abuse protections, such as quarantine and blocking of senders.
6. Your responsibility for your customers and consent
The organization is the controller of its customers' data and we process it on its behalf (see the Privacy Policy). The organization is responsible for: having a lawful basis and any required consent before contacting customers; its customers' consent to marketing campaigns and honoring their requests to stop (the service keeps no marketing consent or opt-out; the organization alone answers for whom it contacts); informing its customers, including that calls may be recorded and that AI may answer; the content of its messages, templates and knowledge blocks; and responding to its customers' data requests.
7. AI
AI is used only for automatic replies and for answering calls, when the organization turns it on. The organization sets its instructions, may switch AI off per ticket, and remains responsible for the replies sent in its name. AI output can be wrong; the organization should review how it is configured and handle conversations that need a human.
8. Third-party providers and availability
The service depends on providers outside our control (channels such as WhatsApp, Meta, X, TikTok, email providers, telecom operators, the payment provider and the AI provider). Their rules, approvals, charges, outages and changes may affect the service, and we are not liable for them. We work to keep the service available and to store every inbound webhook before processing it, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service status is published at status.rabt.systems.
9. Suspension
If an organization does not pay, its seats become inactive: it stays in view-only mode, inbound messages are still stored and its data is kept until it pays. Rabt does not delete or cancel an organization for non-payment. We may suspend or restrict an account, channel or number, with notice where practicable, for a breach of these terms, for abuse, for legal or provider requirements, or to protect the service and others. An unpaid phone number rental suspends the number.
10. Data, export and termination
- The organization owns its data. The owner can export a complete copy of the organization's data and a contact's data at any time, and can delete the organization or erase contacts as the Privacy Policy describes.
- A connected Google account (a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox) is used only to provide the service, under the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements, as section 5 of the Privacy Policy describes; disconnecting it in Rabt destroys its stored tokens and stops the channel at once, and removing Rabt's access in the Google account ends the grant at Google.
- You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of a top-up or of amounts already charged.
- Provisions that by nature survive termination continue to apply.
11. Intellectual property
We own the service, its software and brands. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during these terms. You keep all rights in your data and content and grant us the right to process them to provide the service.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, customers or data, or for loss caused by providers, by the organization's own content or consent practices, or by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts the organization paid us for seats and usage in the three months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under the law.
13. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. We will give notice of material changes in the service or by email before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance. Price changes apply to future charges only.
