Why it happens
The malware scanning service answered an error for this file after several attempts, such as a file larger than it accepts or content it cannot read. The file stays blocked: it is not opened, downloaded or sent. The message itself arrived.
What to do
Select “Try again” on the file. If it keeps failing, ask the sender for another copy and send the reference to Rabt support.
