Why it happens
The customer’s message arrived and its text was kept, but one or more of its files could not be fetched (the connection to X failed, X refused, or the balance could not pay the paid direct message read). The exact cause is in the technical details.
What to do
Rabt tries again on its own, and after a top-up when the balance was the cause. Contact Rabt support with the reference if the files stay missing.
