The browser could not be checked before the chat started
Why it happens
The chat asks the browser to solve a small check automatically before a new conversation, to protect against automated messages. The answer did not arrive, expired, or was already used.
What to do
Reload the page and open the chat again. If the error continues, make sure the browser allows JavaScript.
