Why it happens
The payment provider (Tap) rejected the payment with its own error code and message, shown in full in the technical details. Rabt has no specific explanation for this code yet.
What to do
Read the payment provider's message in the technical details, then try again or use another payment method. The Rabt team has been alerted to add a specific explanation for this code.
