Why it happens
Only an organization still in its trial can be extended, to a time after both its current end and now. This organization is not in its trial, or the new end is not after the current one, so nothing was changed.
What to do
Check the organization's status and the new end time. An organization whose trial has ended gets its seats back when its wallet is topped up.
