A paid service request was blocked because it was not paid for first
Why it happens
Rabt is prepaid: Rabt's paid-action guard must set aside or take the cost of every paid request to service from the wallet first, then issue an authorization for that one request. This request arrived without a valid authorization (missing, already used, or for another organization or service), so it was blocked before it reached service and nothing was charged. This is a fault in Rabt, not in your settings; the Rabt team has been alerted.
What to do
Try again. If this keeps happening, send these details to Rabt support with the reference number.
