Auto top-up was turned off after repeated card payment failures
Why it happens
Auto top-up with the saved card failed attempts times in a row, so Rabt turned it off to stop trying to charge the card. The wallet will not be topped up automatically, and paid services stop when the balance runs out.
What to do
Top up by entering a valid card with the option to save it; auto top-up works again once the card is updated.
