The card check (3-D Secure) did not succeed
Why it happens
The top-up needs the bank's check (3-D Secure), such as a code sent to the cardholder's phone, and that check failed or the card is not enrolled in it. Nothing was taken from the card and the wallet did not change.
What to do
Try again and complete the bank's check, or use a card enrolled in it.
