The price changed since it was quoted: quote again
Why it happens
The price quoted for the item item is not the price in effect when the usage happened: a new rate card version or markup took effect after the quote, or the price was not made by Rabt. The usage was not recorded, and nothing was charged at the quoted price.
What to do
Get a new price (quote again), show it if it is shown before paying, then try again.
