Usage of SAR amount could not be charged to the wallet
Why it happens
Usage recorded by the fast usage counter could not be written to the wallet, because the money set aside for it was no longer there and the available balance could not cover it (this happens only after a failure of the counter storage). The usage was not charged; the Rabt team has been alerted.
