The wallet check found a balance that does not match its transactions
Why it happens
The daily wallet check found that the recorded wallet balance (SAR actual) differs from the sum of its transactions (SAR expected). The transactions are the source of truth; the Rabt team has been alerted to investigate and correct the balance.
What to do
No action is needed from you. If you notice an unexpected balance, send these details to Rabt support with the reference number.
