The outcome of sending the WhatsApp message is unknown
Why it happens
Meta did not answer in time, so it is unknown whether the message was sent. Rabt does not resend it automatically so that the customer never gets it twice.
What to do
Wait a little and check the conversation: if the message shows “Sent” or “Delivered”, it arrived. Otherwise, check the conversation on the number’s phone before resending.
