A wrong two-step verification PIN was entered for this number too many times, so WhatsApp paused attempts for now. Meta’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
Wait for the time given in Meta’s message, then enter the correct PIN. If you do not know it, reset it in WhatsApp Manager.
