WhatsApp message not sent: the 24-hour window has closed
Why it happens
The customer's last message is more than 24 hours old; WhatsApp does not allow a free-form message after that.
What to do
Send an approved WhatsApp template instead. Once the customer replies, you can send free-form messages again.
