The WhatsApp number’s display name is not approved yet
Why it happens
Meta requires the WhatsApp number’s display name to be approved before it can send, and this number’s name is not approved yet. Meta’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
Open WhatsApp Manager and check the number’s display name status; edit it and submit it for review if it was rejected. Send again once it is approved.
