Why it happens
The voice network (the operator's line or the SIP provider) rejected the call with its own error code and message, shown in full in the technical details. Rabt has no specific explanation for this code yet.
What to do
Read the voice network's message in the technical details to see what to change, then try the call again. The Rabt team has been alerted to add a specific explanation for this code.
