The softphone works only inside Saudi Arabia
Why it happens
The virtual voice services regulation requires users to make and receive calls only while inside Saudi Arabia, and your connection appears to be outside it.
What to do
Connect from a network inside Saudi Arabia and try again. If you are inside Saudi Arabia on a VPN, turn it off and try again.
