Why it happens
Fetching the message’s file from TikTok again was asked for, but it is not an image or video received from TikTok, or it arrived before Rabt kept where its files are at TikTok.
What to do
Choose an image or video received from TikTok whose file is missing. For an older message, send the reference to the Rabt team to process its stored notification again.
