The account account is not a TikTok business account
Why it happens
TikTok offers direct messages through the Business Messaging API only to Business Accounts and Registered Business Accounts; this account is a personal or creator account.
What to do
Switch the account to a business account in the TikTok app (Settings → Account → Switch to Business Account), then connect it again in Rabt.
