Rabt lacks TikTok’s permission for this action
Why it happens
TikTok refused the request because the permission it needs is not granted: the account holder did not approve every permission when connecting, or TikTok has not yet approved Rabt’s app for the Business Messaging or comments API. TikTok’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
Reconnect the account from the TikTok settings in Rabt and approve every permission shown. If the error remains, contact the Rabt team.
