This item cannot be restored as it was
Why it happens
The item changed after it was removed in a way that keeps it from coming back as it was: it was merged into another item, it expired, its owner’s membership ended, or its owner deleted their account.
What to do
Create a new item instead. The removed item and its history stay kept.
