The malware scanning signatures are out of date
Why it happens
The malware scanning service’s signatures were not updated for more than hours hours, so new malware may not be detected. Files are still scanned with the current signatures.
What to do
Operations: check that freshclam runs in the ClamAV service and reaches its update mirrors.
