The image or video is larger than can be processed
Why it happens
The file says its frame is larger than maxMegapixels megapixels, and decoding a frame that large takes more memory than is allowed, so it is neither converted nor previewed. The original file is kept in the ticket.
What to do
Make the image or video smaller on your device, then attach it again.
