Why it happens
Rabt's estimated balance at this provider fell to balance, below the alert threshold threshold. At the current burn rate it lasts runway. When it runs out, the provider stops serving Rabt's requests and the service it provides stops for every organization.
What to do
The Rabt team must top up the account at the provider, then enter the new balance on the console Overview if it is entered by hand.
