count log lines of service could not be shipped to the central log
Why it happens
Rabt's log ingest did not accept the log lines service sent, did not answer in time, or the buffer of lines waiting to be sent was full. The lines are still in the service's standard output.
What to do
The Rabt team must check that the API is up and that LOG_INGEST_URL and LOG_INGEST_TOKEN are right on the service, and follow the "Central logs" section of the runbook.
