Why it happens
The reading of resource passed its alert threshold (value against threshold). This is a resource that runs out slowly and then all at once; when it does, writes stop or work falls behind.
What to do
The Rabt team must follow the "Capacity alarms" section of the reliability runbook for this resource before it reaches its limit.
