api version version is past its end of life or unknown
Why it happens
Rabt uses api version version, which the provider no longer supports or which the API version calendar does not list. Requests to it may fail at any moment.
What to do
The Rabt team must upgrade to a supported version now, or add the version to the calendar with its end-of-life date from the official page.
