Merging restored data needs two people
Why it happens
Merging an organization’s restored data changes live data, so one active platform team member must request it and another must approve it. The members given are not two different active memberships of the platform organization. Nothing was changed.
What to do
Pass two different active platform-organization membership ids (requester and approver) and a reason, then run the command again.
