The backup settings of the Rabt database are invalid
Why it happens
The database service started with missing or invalid backup settings (the backup repository, its keys, its encryption passphrase or the backup schedule), so it stopped rather than run without backups. The service log names the setting.
What to do
The Rabt team corrects the setting named in the database service log (docs/runbooks/backups.md), then restarts the service.
