The operator’s delivery report never arrived
Why it happens
The mobile operator accepted the message but sent no delivery report for it within hours hours, so its final status is unknown. It may well have reached the recipient.
What to do
Check with the customer whether it arrived before sending it again, so they do not get it twice.
