The recipient’s network rejected the message
Why it happens
The recipient’s mobile network rejected the message after the operator accepted it, for example because the recipient blocks messages from sender names. The network code is in the technical details.
What to do
Reach the customer on another channel. If it happens for many customers, send these details to Rabt support.
