Why it happens
The push service (of the browser or of the phone) rejected the notification with its own error code and message, shown in full in the technical details. Rabt has no specific explanation for this code yet.
What to do
The notification is in the notification center. The Rabt team has been alerted to add a specific explanation for this code.
