The connector name is not working now
Why it happens
This connector is “status”: only a working connector reads records. One whose credentials the system refused needs new credentials or a new sign-in; a removed connector does not work.
What to do
Open the connector in Integrations: update its credentials or choose “Sign in” again, then try again. A removed connector is added again.
