Why it happens
The platform answered in a shape that does not match its documentation (a missing field or another type), so the data was not saved, to avoid showing anything wrong.
What to do
Run the sync again later. If it keeps happening, send the code and reference to Rabt support; the team has been alerted to review the platform’s answer.
