Meta refused the Instagram message: outside the reply window
Why it happens
Meta says the message was sent outside the allowed window: 24 hours after the customer’s last message, or 7 days with the Human Agent tag when Rabt’s app is approved for it.
What to do
Wait for the customer to write again, then send it again. If it keeps being refused within the 7 days, the Human Agent permission may not be approved yet: contact the Rabt team.
