Why it happens
The answer from Meta matches no pending request to connect Instagram in this organization: more than 10 minutes passed, the link was already used, or the request was started by another member or in another organization. It was refused to protect the account.
What to do
Start connecting again from the Instagram settings in Rabt and finish within 10 minutes.
