Why it happens
No full read of this app’s reviews has finished since since. Google Play keeps reviews in the API for only 7 days, so reviews are missed unless reading resumes before then. The reason is in the app’s or the channel’s error.
What to do
Open the Google Play settings in Rabt and fix the reason shown (for example “Reconnect” or “Check again”), then choose “Read now”.
