Real-time review notifications are not on for the account account
Why it happens
Google refused to send new-review notifications to Rabt’s Cloud Pub/Sub topic, so new reviews arrive only through the periodic sync (every few minutes) instead of at once. Google’s full message is in the technical details, and the Rabt team has been alerted.
What to do
Nothing to do on your side. Rabt tries again at every sync, and “Read reviews now” tries again at once.
