Gmail is not enabled for this account
Why it happens
The account signed in with has no Gmail mailbox enabled (for example a Google account without mail, or a Workspace account whose administrator turned Gmail off for it). Google’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
Sign in with an account that has a Gmail mailbox, or ask your Google Workspace administrator to enable Gmail for this user, then connect again.
