Replies cannot leave from address now
Why it happens
This email channel is “status”: replies leave only from a working channel. A new channel waits for its forwarding check, a channel whose credentials were refused needs reconnecting, and a disconnected channel does not send.
What to do
Open the email settings: finish the forwarding check, reconnect with the current password, or connect the address again if it was disconnected. Then send the reply again.
