The campaign is paused: the wallet ran out
Why it happens
The wallet could not pay the next recipient, so the campaign was paused there. Nothing is set aside in advance and nothing is sent unpaid.
What to do
Top up the wallet: the campaign resumes by itself from where it stopped.
