The WhatsApp template “name” has no opt-out option
Why it happens
Every marketing message must let the recipient stop them; on WhatsApp this is a quick reply button in the template (such as “Stop promotions”).
What to do
Add an opt-out quick reply button to the template and have Meta approve it, or choose a template that has one.
