The owner's membership cannot be changed
Why it happens
An organization always has exactly one owner, whose role cannot be changed, whose seat cannot be deactivated and who cannot be removed before ownership is transferred to another member.
What to do
Transfer the ownership of the organization to another member first, then try again.
