Not every review of this app has been read yet
Why it happens
Rabt found more reviews than one polling round reads (for example the first connection of a large app, or after polling stopped for days). Part of them was read; Rabt goes on from where it stopped in the next rounds and skips no review. Newer reviews arrive once the rest is read.
What to do
Nothing to do: this message goes away once every review is read. If it stays for more than a day, send the reference to Rabt support.
