The automatic reply was not sent: a member answered this review
Why it happens
The App Store allows one public reply per review, and a new reply replaces the old one. The AI agent never changes a reply written by a team member or in App Store Connect.
What to do
Nothing to do. To change the reply, a team member edits it from the ticket.
