The App Store channel “name” is not working (status)
Why it happens
Reviews are read and replies published only on an active App Store channel, and this one is disconnected or needs a reconnection after Apple refused its key.
What to do
Open the App Store settings in Rabt: choose “Reconnect” for a channel that needs it, or connect the team again if the channel was disconnected, then send the reply again.
