The .p8 private key file could not be read
Why it happens
The file must be the private key you downloaded from App Store Connect when the key was created (a text file starting with -----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- that holds an ES256 key). The uploaded file is not one, or its content changed.
What to do
Upload the AuthKey_<key ID>.p8 file exactly as you downloaded it. If you lost it, it cannot be downloaded again: revoke the key in App Store Connect and create a new one.
