The webhook endpoint was disabled after repeated failures
Why it happens
Deliveries to the webhook endpoint failed for good failures times in a row without any success, so Rabt disabled it rather than let events pile up.
What to do
Fix the server, enable the webhook endpoint again, and redeliver the failed events from the delivery log.
