The agent called a tool that does not exist or with invalid details (such as a space that does not exist). The agent may only transfer the call to the right space or to a team member.
What to do
Nothing to do: the caller was handed to your team members. If it keeps happening, review your spaces' descriptions and your AI instruction blocks.
